About the Event
St Neots has some amazing bakeries & eateries. Which means that the people of St Neots love their Bread, Cakes & Pastries. So we have invited the current Great British Bake Off Champion, Matty Edgell to visit the town and see for himself.
We want you to showcase your love of baking by entering your Home Bakes for Matty to sample. Â It can be Cake, Bread, Biscuits, Cookie Bars or Pastries of any kind.Â
It is FREE to enter and open to all ages and all abilities.
There will be a family member that bakes for family events, a son or daughter who loves creating cookie bars, a work colleague who brings their awesome bakes to work. We want to meet them all.

We also decided that it was time for St Neots to have it's own delicacy, so we need your help to create a signature sausage roll. It can be any flavour and any type of pastry. Enter your recipe idea here: RECIPE IDEA
Our panel of Judges: Mennel from Welch Bakes, Sunny from Chaii Hub, James from Bohemia St Neots & The Mayor, Rob Simonis, will shortlist the finalists who will be invited to bake their sausage rolls 'live' at The Priory Centre.
The winning creation will be crowned, The St Neots Serious Sausage Roll.
You don't have to bake to come along, if you're a fan of The Great British Bake Off or just like eating Bread, Cakes & Pastries, come along to meet Matty and sample some of the many bakes!
